Yes. You will normally receive these updates:

1. Order Confirmation – Processing: Confirms that your order has been successfully placed.
2. Arranged: Confirms that your order has been prepared for collection or collected by the delivery company. Tracking information will follow.
3. Tracking: Provides the delivery company’s tracking link or delivery details.

Tracking may take some time to become active after the delivery company receives your order.

We offer a 30-calendar-day change-of-mind return period, starting on the day after delivery.

During the first 14 days, you may exercise your statutory cancellation rights without giving a reason. You may reasonably inspect the bike, although excessive handling may result in a deduction for any reduction in value.

For requests made during days 15–30, the bike must meet our additional return conditions, including being unused, unmodified, free from recorded mileage, complete with all parts and accessories, and in its original packaging.
